Rebirth

With the feeling of Spring in the air, my thoughts are about gardening. Tilling the soil, planting the seed, nurturing, hands in the earth. The smell of fresh turned soil brings thoughts of all the possibilities presenting themselves into my life. Hope is abundant, the sun on my face and I am excited by the prospect of new adventures.

Rebirth

Freshly plowed earth
awaits, untapped
potential of seed.

  1. Don't mention seeds :
Just opened my rosehips and tested the seeds for viability. [by dunking them in water and see if they sink, which is what you want: they were all floaters :-( ]
No new roses for me this summer.
    May your seeds fare better.

  6. Oh, there you go! I wish I had my garden going. Freshly plowed earth was such deep pleasure for me too. I'd plunge my hands into it as deep as possible, just to feel that coolness and smell that rich potential of life. Excellent work.
